The office of the Controller of Examinations was established in the year 2020 after the conferment of Autonomous status to the college . The Office of the Controller of Examinations (CoE) is a vital administrative body responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting all examinations in a fair, transparent, and systematic manner. The office plays a significant role in maintaining the academic integrity of the institution and ensuring that examination processes comply with the regulations of the affiliated university and statutory bodies

The Office of the Controller of Examinations is responsible for:

• Preparing and implementing the examination schedule as per the academic calendar
• Conducting internal and end-semester examinations efficiently and securely.
• Ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and transparency in the evaluation process.
• Coordinating the publication of examination results accurately and on time.
• Processing revaluation and photocopy requests.
• Maintaining student academic records and examination-related documentation.
• Implementing examination reforms and adopting digital technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Addressing student grievances and examination-related queries promptly.
• Preparing the Time table, Exam Hall Arrangements and Exam Hall Invigilators for both Internal and End Semester Examinations.
• Conducting the Continuous Internal Assessment Tests.
• Sending a list of successful candidates with their Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) to the Anna university, Chennai for issuing Provisional and Degree Certificates.
• Issuing certificates such as Grade Sheet, Consolidated Statements of Grades, Transcript, CGPA to Percentage, Bonafide and Online Genuineness verification.
• We Facilitate Digilocker/NAD/ ABC for students.
• Paper seeing concept for student to view their answer scripts directly facilitated.
• Before the results are announced, we audit the evaluated answer papers to verify that the evaluation process is on the right track.
