What we collect
When you use the admission enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email, city, the programme you ask about and your message. The internal complaints form collects the details you choose to give and any file you attach.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used only by the admissions office to answer your enquiry. Complaint details are seen only by the Internal Complaints Committee.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for the admission cycle they relate to. Complaints are kept as the law and UGC regulations require.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data to tell people from bots.
